The next location for game night will be at UH in the University Center – Cougar Den (Rm 12) in the underground of the UC, from 7:30p – 11:20p, maybe a little later.
Lately, there’s been some good competition on Fight Night Round 3/4, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, Madden 10 and I’m suggesting that people bring more sports games, like maybe NBA 2K10 or Tiger Woods for Wii or UFC. Also, if anyone has a copy of Tekken 6 they can bring, can you?
Some games on hand: Smash Bros. Brawl, Soul Calibur IV, Street Fighter IV, Call of Duty MW2, Halo ODST/3.
Some games that gamers have brought that we might play include Tekken 6, KoF XII, Borderlands, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Drake’s Fortune 2, Wii Sports Resort, UFC Undisputed 2009, Fight Night Round 4, Madden 10, Smackdown vs Raw, Punch Out Wii and a variety of other titles. If you plan to come it would be helpful to let us know what you want to play and what you can bring. We request that you bring your own controller for the game you want to play but it’s not mandatory. We probably average about 20 – 30 gamers coming so disregard the RSVP count.

There is now a play button located next to each mp3 link, you can click this and a small media player should expand from the left. So far it works in Chrome, Firefox, and IE 8, if you use Safari, please let me know if there’s a problem. It’s not my preferred media player but it’ll due until HTML 5 and a web-friendly audio codec are finalized.

It’s been brought to my attention that IE (specifically IE8) is not showing a player for the recordings.  For the time being, please use Chrome or Firefox as they do work properly.  You can also download the mp3s via the supplied links located above the player beginning with a two digit number.  I’ll continue to fix the IE problem in the meantime.
